Chelsea brings a wealth of property knowledge to TM Collins, having worked in the legal profession for 10 years.

Chelsea has acted for some of Melbourne's largest developers, handling complex residential and commercial property matters with skill and precision.  In addition to her property experience, Chelsea has also assisted developers in navigating the delicate process of obtaining acquisition and construction funding.  She has acted for a number of private lenders (both senior and mezzanine) in respect of large-scale property developments involving complex security arrangements. 

She prides herself on her dedication, strong work ethic and commercial mindset - all of which have proven to be instrumental in her success in facilitating transactions.

Chelsea was listed by Australasian Lawyers as a winner of the '2024 Australia's Rising Stars' Award and was also nominated as a finalist for the Lawyers Weekly '30 under 30 Award' in 2023.

  • Purchase of bespoke off-the-plan apartment valued at over $20m.

  • Purchase of prominent hobby-farm in Melbourne valued at over $9m.
